Anchorage Retreat will be dedicated to establishing eco-tourism in Antigua and contributing long-term to the well-being of the citizens of Antigua and Barbuda. 

Anchorage Retreat will operate an organic permaculture garden, offering amenities and shared services to visitors and residents focused on eco living, health and wellness.

Development and infrastructure planning is currently underway for phase one of the transformation of Anchorage Inn, a 40-room inn located near Antigua's capital, St. John's, to Anchorage Eco Lodge. 

Looking for a mind, body and soul reboot?  A place dedicated to healthy living, a deep relationship with nature, and collective community growth.

Anchorage Retreat is adjacent to McKinnon's Salt Pond, a short drive north of St. John’s, inland from Runaway Bay.  McKinnon’s Pond has been altered over the years (e.g. through mangrove removal), but is still the premier site on Antigua for waterbirds.

WealthAntigua will be the asset manager for the Canadian, European and Antiguan joint venture, which will own and operate the expansion and redevelopment of the Anchorage Inn property into an off grid eco-retreat.
